After you’ve read the about pages for spiritual direction and myself, you may be ready to begin your spiritual direction journey with Soul Tender, LLC.

Below you’ll find information on scheduling appointments as well as my philosophy on payments and costs for spiritual direction and formation services.

Scheduling

We begin with a free phone conversation to briefly get to know each other before a formal session. Please use the Contact Form below to request an Initial Appointment to explore spiritual direction or formation possibilities. I’ll respond as soon as I’m able, usually within a business day.

Subsequent appointments may be scheduled by emailing Soul Tender.

  • Sessions are usually 3-4 weeks apart and an hour long. Cancellations, rescheduling, and running late can be handled through email or text, or via an online scheduling service when I get that running. Between meetings, I hold my directees in prayer.

  • Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We both commit to begin and end on time. If you will be late, please call or text. If there is need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as you know of the need via email or online scheduling.

Payments

I don’t want cost to be a barrier to anyone, so please reach out if payment is difficult.

Hour-long session fees:

  • $50 for students, BIPoC & LGBTQ+

  • $75 for the fully able

  • Those who pay more than $75 support my work with those who can pay less.
